Job Description

As a Product Manager for Sales AI at Salesforce, your primary responsibility is to lead the development of AI capabilities that support sellers within the Salescloud. You will play a crucial role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales AI. This includes focusing on various aspects such as Experimentation and Improvements, Prompt tuning, Model fine-tuning, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Keyword & Vector Search, and No-code model builder experiences. Your impact will be felt throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to adoption, ensuring that customer success metrics are met. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales AI, encompassing Experimentation and Improvements, Prompt tuning, Model fine-tuning, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Keyword & Vector Search, and No-code model builder experiences. - Drive the product lifecycle from concept to adoption, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, providing justification, and establishing success metrics. - Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and drive feature specifications. - Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to offer roadmap updates, gather product feedback, and identify challenges and opportunities. - Stay informed about industry trends and competition in Generative AI. - Work closely with product marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. - Act as a domain and product expert for Salesforce at various interactions and events. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of Product Management or similar experience with highly technical products/platforms. - Extensive background in the AI/ML space, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists. - Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and engaging in the sales cycle. - Proficiency in delivering products/services in an agile/lean environment, managing backlogs effectively. - Ability to gather and transform product requirements into a practical product roadmap. - Experience in fostering collaborations within the company, as well as with external partners and customers. - A degree or equivalent relevant experience is a must for evaluation based on core competencies.,
