Senior Product Manager - Arike (Malayali Dating App) About the Role Arike, Where Malayalis Date is a dating app built to help people from Kerala form meaningful connections rooted in traditional Malayali culture. Were looking for a Product Manager to lead the next phase of Arikes growth by shaping culturally resonant, user-first experiences. The ideal candidate shall bring 35 years of experience in B2C product roles, with a strong foundation in UX/UI, behavioural data analysis, and data-informed decision-making. Youll own the product roadmap and use deep user empathy—paired with insights from data—to ensure Arike becomes the preferred platform for the Malayali community. Proficiency in Malayalam is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Arike. Conduct user and behavioural research within the Malayali demographic. Translate user insights into delightful, intuitive features that resonate culturally. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth. Leverage behavioural data and A/B testing to improve product performance. Lead product releases and communicate updates across internal and external channels. Track product KPIs and iterate to enhance engagement and retention. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in B2C product management, ideally in consumer apps. Strong analytical and design sensibilities, with experience working closely with UX teams. Deep empathy for users and an eye for detail. Proficiency in Malayalam. Experience across the full product lifecycle, ideally in agile environments. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. Based in Bangalore or open to relocation. Skills Product Strategy & Roadmapping.
