Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)6 month contract (extendable)

About The Role

Were hiring a Senior Product Designer to focus on growth strategydesigning experiences that expand reach, increase conversion, and deepen retention. This is a highly cross-functional role where design decisions directly influence business outcomes.

What Youll Do

  • Lead design for growth-focused features such as referrals, trials, and upsell journeys.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to test and measure new ideas.
  • Prototype and validate growth hypotheses through experiments.
  • Optimize flows for both usability and conversion.
  • Create scalable design patterns for growth initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • 35 years of product design experience, with strong exposure to growth or engagement features.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform design.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
  • A portfolio that shows measurable impact from design decisions.
