Qualifications
6+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
, with meaningful ownership of growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization in complex environments.- A portfolio demonstrating
strategic thinking, exceptional craft, experimentation leadership
, and clear examples of design decisions that moved key product metrics. - Deep expertise in
scaling and extending design systems
, ensuring they support rapid iteration without compromising brand or usability. - Operates with high autonomy and clarity, navigating ambiguity with confidence while delivering high-quality outcomes at speed.
- Exemplary
interaction and visual design capabilities

The base pay for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed.
