Senior Product Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at Analyttica Datalab, you will play a crucial role in engaging clients throughout the project lifecycle with scheduled and proactive communication. Your focus will be on attention to detail to ensure error-free delivery in a timely manner. You will be responsible for converting business problems into data problems and collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify actionable insights. Keeping yourself updated on the latest developments in the data science domain will be essential to drive projects and contextual algorithm creation effectively. You will work closely on internal business priorities and lead discussions with clients on problem-solving approaches and solution development. The essential experience and skillset required for this role include strong experience in Product Analytics, a Master's degree in quantitative disciplines like Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operation Research, or a Bachelor's degree in technology. You should have 4-5 years of experience in the business analytics/decision science industry, with hands-on knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Hypothesis testing, Excel, and PPT. Additionally, a strong theoretical and application understanding of advanced Statistical and Machine Learning tools is necessary. You should be able to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables while adhering to daily timelines without compromising on quality. Experience in domains like banking & financial services, health care, and manufacturing is preferred, along with experience in interacting with clients one-on-one and leading client discussions. In terms of soft skills, you should be comfortable working as an individual contributor and collaborating with teams to drive results. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a passion for guiding and coaching others. The ability to multitask without losing focus on business priorities and taking ownership to drive towards results are also crucial soft skills required for this role.
