Senior Product Designer/Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Product Designer to be a part of our team and contribute to the creation of user-friendly interfaces for our product, LEAPS. You will collaborate with various teams to develop seamless user experiences that enhance user interaction and data comprehension. As a Senior Product Designer/Lead Product Designer, your responsibilities will include designing intuitive interfaces for LEAPS on both web and mobile platforms. You will utilize Figma to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Additionally, conducting gap analyses to pinpoint areas for enhancing user experience and working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth design integration are key aspects of this role. Maintaining design system consistency and staying informed about UX/UI trends and best practices will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer with a robust portfolio. Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design is essential. A solid grasp of UX principles and user-centered design is crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in the data field or with data-driven platforms would be a bonus.
