We are on the lookout for a Senior Producer with deep expertise in non-fiction programming and extensive post-production knowledge. This is a dynamic role that involves overseeing projects from concept to final cut, with regular travel for shoots and post-production work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production for non-fiction content
• Oversee post-production workflows and deliverables
• Coordinate with creative, editorial, and technical teams
• Travel as required for shoots and production supervision

Candidate Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience in non-fiction programming
• Minimum 5 years in a senior/producer role
• Expert-level knowledge of post-production processes (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
