Job Description

As a Senior Process Executive - Foreclosure, you will play a crucial role in managing default servicing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing Foreclosure support activities accurately in accordance with laid down procedures - Maintaining requisite standards of quality and productivity - Reporting to the Team Leader for any issues, questions, or concerns Key Result Areas (KRAs) for you will be: Productivity: - Meeting or exceeding the set agreed target during and after the training period - Adapting to revised productivity targets based on tenure Quality: - Meeting and exceeding the minimum quality benchmark as per guidelines - Adapting to revised quality targets based on tenure Feedback: - Being open and receptive to feedback for constant self-improvement and process development Your essential functions will include: - Basic knowledge of the Mortgage industry and ability to recognize various mortgage documents - Ensuring data accuracy - Reviewing and identifying red flags in documents and client information - Performing other related duties as required Qualification for Process Associate: - Graduate in any discipline - 1 year of experience in BPO Transaction Data Processing background Qualification for Sr. Process Associate: - Graduate in any discipline - 1+ year of experience in Foreclosure support such as Pre Foreclosure Bids Required Skill Sets: - Good analytical skills, research knowledge, and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of MS Office Excel - Strong written and spoken communication skills - Ability to work in shifts, preferably night shifts - Willingness to work 6 days a week Certifications Required: - Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) or equivalent certification preferred,
