Senior Process Associate(Dental AR and EV)

The job involves communicating with patients" insurance companies and understanding the additional guidelines that may impact coverage. You will be responsible for obtaining benefit information using the required template. The salary offered is up to 30K CTC. To be eligible for this position, you should have at least an Undergraduate or Graduate degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required. You must be capable of handling sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality. The job requires working in US Shift Timings (Night Shift) from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday to Friday, and is based in the office. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in dental EV/AR voice process is mandatory for this role.
