Senior Process Associate Cash Applications

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Associate in the Order to Cash domain, you will be responsible for:
• Maintaining customer accounts and managing workflow system tasks.
• Handling customer queries, resolving disputes, and monitoring account activities.
• Managing inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, etc.) with external customers.
• Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and delivering effective solutions.
• Recording, verifying, and executing transactions in line with process documentation.
• Monitoring and addressing process exceptions.
• Performing control checks as per process design.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting value-added projects.
• Cross-training within the team to ensure backup coverage.
• Identifying process gaps and proactively coordinating resolutions.
• Preparing and delivering regular reports (e.g., KPIs, aging reports).
• Adapting to organizational changes related to processes and projects.
• Conducting process training sessions as needed.

Who You Are:

• You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with:
• A university degree (preferably in Business Administration or Economics).
• 35 years of experience in the Order to Cash domain.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in project participation or transitions (a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teleconferences in an international setting.
• A proactive, organized, and accurate work style.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Comfort working in a highly intercultural environment.
