Senior Process Analyst - Medical Coding

You will be joining Huron, where you will assist clients in adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape, optimizing business operations, enhancing clinical outcomes, creating a consumer-centric healthcare experience, and fostering engagement among physicians, patients, and employees. Your role will involve overseeing a team of coders focused on achieving client production and coding accuracy goals. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong technical abilities are essential for success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assign accurate diagnosis and CPT codes following ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding systems for medical records - Code outpatient and/or inpatient records with a minimum accuracy of 96% while meeting turnaround time requirements - Exceed productivity standards for Medical Coding as per inpatient and/or specialty-specific outpatient coding norms - Uphold professional and ethical standards to prevent revenue leakage and ensure compliance - Enhance coding skills through participation in coding team meetings and educational conferences - Specialize in various areas such as Inpatient, E&M, Acute, Ambulatory, Cardiology, Radiology, among others - Interpret client requirements to code charts accordingly - Adhere to coding standards like ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT while ensuring accuracy of patient information - Meet client productivity targets and deliver quality outputs within specified timelines - Prepare and maintain status reports **Qualifications:** - Graduation in Life Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Zoology, Microbiology disciplines - Minimum of 2 years of industry experience - CPC or CCS certification If you are looking for a challenging role where you can contribute to the healthcare industry and make a difference in patient outcomes, this Senior Analyst position at Huron in India might be the perfect fit for you.,
