Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for monitoring real-time queues to identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio. Your main task will be to observe customer transactions in order to detect fraudulent activities such as account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, floating, kiting fraud, and other similar risks. Upon identifying any fraudulent transactions, you will need to make decisions whether to hold or acquit the transaction based on fraud analysis. It will be essential for you to resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements to minimize potential revenue losses. Additionally, you will be required to engage with banks and customers to validate information, as well as to confirm or cancel authorizations when necessary.
