Job Description

As a Senior Process Advisor at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rollout of new products/activities associated with fiduciary administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include engaging and driving efficiencies and business solutions through automation/BPR, actively participating in migration/re-migration of funds, and supporting department initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and risk reduction. You will also work on formulating and implementing robust control mechanisms to eliminate any potential risks. Key Responsibilities: - Support the deployment of defined business solutions to eliminate manual processes - Ensure high-quality review and timely delivery of fiduciary administrative tasks - Act as the primary contact for business partners regarding any query related exceptions - Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and business partners through timely communication - Undertake a program of fiduciary administrative tasks in accordance with relevant policies and procedures - Provide assistance to the AVP in a senior administrator role - Conduct trainings for staff and monitor ongoing training needs - Perform UAT testing as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in commerce with 3-5 years of relevant Funds administration experience - Complete understanding of the Trade Life Cycle - Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets, Financial instruments, and accounting principles - Proficiency in tools like IMS, Multifonds, ICON, Bloomberg, etc. - Ability to manage and analyze MI related activities - Basic knowledge in custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations - Proficiency in Excel essential - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines - Knowledge of derivatives instruments and expertise in NAV Reconciliation At HSBC, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the success of one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world.
