Senior Principal, Workday HRIS Consultant

You will be responsible for implementing Workday system changes, conducting system troubleshooting, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. This includes configuring the system, designing custom reports and analytics, monitoring data integrity, and supporting ad-hoc reporting requests to aid in business decision-making. In addition, you will lead or support Workday-related projects and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will manage system updates and releases, act as a liaison between HR and IT teams, and provide end-user support and training. Your role will also involve assessing and recommending improvements to HRIS processes, staying current with Workday updates and best practices, and mentoring junior team members. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of experience in HRIS management, particularly with Workday. You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent project management abilities. Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing large-scale HR technology projects is essential. While Studio experience is preferred, it is not required.
