Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams in the design, development, and implementation of complex systems and solutions. Architect and optimize software systems for high scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 10-18 years of experience in software engineering and system architecture. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
