In this role, he/she will lead and manage data engineering projects with a focus on Databricks and Agile methodologies, driving innovation and efficiency in data processing and analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities

  Participating in the design, development, and implementation of data engineering solutions.

  Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables with Quality to ensure the successful completion of the project.

• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.

• 
  

  Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

• 
  

  Ensure adherence to organizational practices for iterative development and continuous improvement.

  Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and systems.

Minimum Qualifications

Professional Skills

Technical Skills

  Extensive experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics.

  Strong knowledge of the Databricks platform and data engineering processes.

  Experience with Azure data factory pipelines.

  Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure.

  Version control systems such as Git for code management

  Certification in Databricks

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master&rsquos degree preferred but not required.
