Job Description

As a Senior Principal Consultant - MS Dynamics 365 SCM Functional at Genpact, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM system to effectively support customer relationship management and business processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs, including creating entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards. - Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business systems for seamless data flow and a unified customer view. - Provide training and support to end-users for effective system utilization. - Develop custom plugins, workflows, and code to extend SCM functionality. - Manage data within the SCM system, including imports, exports, and data quality assurance. - Design and generate reports and analytics using SCM data, creating dashboards and visualizations. - Administer security roles, profiles, and access controls to protect customer data. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues and discrepancies within Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, customizations, and processes. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications/Skills:** - Proficiency in MSCRM Dynamics with knowledge on Plugins, Workflows, JavaScripts, CRM Portals, Web APIs, Azure Knowledge, and Power Apps. - Proficient in the latest OOB features available in Dynamics CRM. **Preferred Qualifications/Skills:** - Experience in MSD 365 SCM modules. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Good Knowledge of Supply Chain Modules - Procurement, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and sales distribution modules. - Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements. - Manage Design, Documentation, Configurations, and work on enhancements. - Self-driven and self-motivated with the ability to self-direct progress in tasks and achieving KPIs. - Knowledge of SQL. The primary location for this role is in India-Hyderabad, and it is a full-time position. The education level required is Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent.
