Role Summary:
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing next-generation Data & Analytics platforms that leverage Generative AI (GenAI). You will be responsible for building scalable data architectures, implementing intelligent data pipelines, and integrating AI-driven automation using Databricks, AWS, and Mosaic AI.Key Responsibilities:. Architect & develop data-driven solutions utilizing Databricks for large-scale data processing and transformation.. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EMR).. Integrate Mosaic AI to power predictive analytics, AI-based automation, and data-driven decision-making.. Develop high-performance Data & Analytics platforms leveraging Generative AI (LLMs, AI Agents, etc.).. Implement AI-powered data augmentation & synthetic data generation to enhance model training.. Design AI-driven automation frameworks for real-time data ingestion, processing, and analytics.. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in cloud-native architectures.. Work collaboratively with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven insights.. Lead initiatives in AI integration with data lakes, warehouses, and business intelligence platforms.. Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance Data Engineering capabilities.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications. experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms, and AI-driven analytics.. Expertise in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow) and AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EMR).. Experience in Mosaic AI for AI-powered data engineering solutions.. Strong understanding of Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, AI Agents, etc.) and their application in data engineering.. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala for big data processing.. Expertise in ETL, orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT), and workflow automation.. Knowledge of ModelOps, ML Pipelines, and AI-powered data governance.. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Data & AI workflows.. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Preferred Skills:. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform for scalable cloud deployments.. Knowledge of streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Spark Streaming) for real-time analytics..
