About Your Role As a Senior Practitioner UX/UI at Fidelity International, you will drive the user experience for your business/customer channel. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business, technology, and other digital verticals to translate requirements into creative solutions - Contributing to Fidelity's Global Design System and ensuring compliance in design engagements - Managing design deliveries within your channel and working with globally distributed design teams Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in the UX/UI design domain - Design portfolio showcasing methodology and implementation - Hands-on experience with Design Systems, static and dynamic prototyping, and translating user journeys into visually detailed screens - Academic qualifications or certifications in user experience and interaction design are preferred - Ability to work in UK/CE time-zone - Proficiency in Sketch, Axure, Figma, and comparable tools - Desirable experience in Gesture-based design, Conversational UI, and design for Native Apps (Android/iOS) - Outcome-driven, effective in managing relationships, innovative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to various roles Join Fidelity International for a rewarding career with a comprehensive benefits package, support for your development, and a flexible working environment.
