Senior Piping Material Engineer

Role Responsibilities:
1. Understand and interpret contract agreements and scope of technical requirements for projects/ proposals.2. Shall be having relevant working experience in Piping Material Specifications & shall have handled various tendering and documentation procedures.3. Prepare accurate piping specification documents for projects incorporating requisite codes and standards for projects (National and International, Piping Engineering Design and Material specifications Codes and Standards).4. Deliver wall thickness (Internal Pressure and External Pressure), branch & stiffener calculations as per applicable codes (ASME, EN, etc.)5. Prepare accurate specifications for Valves, Piping Material, Insulation, Painting & Misc./ special parts specification.6. Prepare inspection & testing requirement specifications for Fabrication & installation of piping.7. Enable smooth co-ordination with intra-discipline groups namely Layout, 3D Software Administration.8. Checking / Review of general arrangement drawing for Valves and Speciality Items (such as Hoses, Strainers, Steam Trap, Sight Flow Glass, etc)Technical Competencies:1. Technical knowledge in the field of Piping Engineering applicable to various sector & Industries.
