Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in providing physiotherapy services, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and rehabilitation. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive measures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. Current registration with the relevant medical council in India. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology related to physical medicine and rehabilitation. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
