Physiotherapist

A physiotherapist assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients' physical conditions to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore function after injury, illness, or disability. Key duties include creating and implementing personalized treatment plans using exercises and manual therapy, educating patients and their families, keeping detailed records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Core responsibilities

• Patient assessment: Evaluate patients' medical history and physical abilities to diagnose conditions and identify movement problems.
• Treatment planning: Develop customized treatment programs based on diagnoses and prescriptions.
• Therapeutic interventions: Implement treatments that include exercises, massage, joint mobilization, and the use of specialized equipment like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Patient education: Teach patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, how to perform exercises at home, and injury prevention strategies.
• Progress monitoring: Adjust treatment plans as needed based on the patient's progress and provide updated guidance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
