As a Senior PHP Laravel Developer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the backend development of our e-commerce platforms. Your expertise in Laravel, modern backend technologies, and experience in building scalable e-commerce solutions will be instrumental in delivering high-performance and secure applications. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and manage multiple e-commerce projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Work hands-on with PHP Laravel to build, maintain, and enhance e-commerce features. - Stay updated with the latest technology stacks such as Laravel, React/Vue, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud hosting. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, SEO/marketing teams, and vendors. - Manage sprints, track tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. - Identify and resolve project risks, technical bottlenecks, and dependencies. - Ensure websites adhere to best practices in performance, SEO, scalability, and security. - Provide regular project progress updates and address challenges to stakeholders. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in e-commerce/software/web projects. - Strong hands-on development experience in PHP (Laravel). - Solid knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular and REST/GraphQL APIs. - Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud hosting services like AWS/DigitalOcean. - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp.
