Position Summary: We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work within our Core Team. We are seeking a talented, hardworking and motivated leader who is a strong Photo Editor with a strong a sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail. Reporting to the Director of Photography, you will be will lead the editing team and work closely photographers to ensure the work is consistent to MLP's definition of work Role Priorities: * Lead, train and manage a team of editors *Organize, sort and edit/ retouch images (includes Colour Correction, Skin Retouching, Exposure Correction) as a 50% role * Suggest changes that can be made during/ before the shoots * Review all images after retouching to make sure there are no errors * Maintain and keep track of industry standards, technology standards, new techniques, and advancements * Participate in production related activities along with the team as required. Requirements: * Strong knowledge of Lightroom and/ or Photoshop * 5+ years’ experience in image editing is a plus * Associate degree in photography, multimedia or studio lighting field preferred * Ability to work in a deadline-oriented and fast paced environment * Ability to interact with the team of photographers and editors. * Open to feedback and flexible to multiple changes Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Photo editing: 5 years (Required) Leadership: 2 years (Preferred) Application Deadline: 18/09/2021 Expected Start Date: 21/09/2021
