Job Description

Project description The Risk and Finance solutions team requires a Senior Performance Tester to work on their Liquidity and Capital Enhancements and Regulatory reporting Programs. Key attributes include solution realization, design across the capital risk and balance sheet management systems for a range of regulatory and technical optimization requirements. Responsibilities
Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives Should co-ordinate between onshore & offshore teams Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium & Cucumber Skills Must have 7-10 years experience in Performance Testing/Automation Good understanding and experience in analyzing PT Non Functional Requirement document and collaborate with stakeholders to modify and finalize the NFR. Expertise and Hands on experience in PT tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Performance Center.
