Senior Performance Marketer

As a Senior Performance Marketer at our company, you will be responsible for driving high-ROI campaigns utilizing your expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Max. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns while maintaining a data-driven mindset and leveraging audience targeting strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Max campaigns to drive desired results. - Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance ROI and reduce CAC. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to optimize campaign performance. - Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize campaign efficiency. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad assets and improve landing page experiences. - Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain effective and up-to-date. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various analytics tools. - Strong data-driven approach with expertise in Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM tools. - Demonstrated ability to optimize ad spend and enhance campaign performance. - Excellent analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
