Senior Pattern Cutter

Job Description As a Senior Pattern Cutter at Drishti Lifestyle, you will be responsible for collaborating with designers and production teams to create high-quality patterns for leather, vegan/faux leather, and other materials. Your role will involve interpreting design briefs, drafting patterns, ensuring accuracy in fit, grading, and overseeing the sampling process to meet client specifications. Additionally, you will maintain quality standards, troubleshoot pattern-related issues, and provide guidance to junior team members when necessary. Key Responsibilities - Interpret design briefs and create patterns for various materials - Ensure precision and attention to detail in pattern drafting and grading - Oversee the sampling process and ensure accuracy in fit - Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot pattern-related issues - Collaborate effectively with designers and production teams - Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance as needed Qualifications - Proficiency in pattern drafting, grading, and fabric cutting - Experience working with leather, vegan/faux leather, and other garment materials - Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and quality control processes - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Leadership abilities to mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance - Proficiency in using CAD software for pattern-making (preferred) - Relevant professional certification or degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Design, or related field - Prior experience in a similar role within the fashion or manufacturing industry, especially in leather and lifestyle products,
