As a Senior Patent Analyst at Sagacious IP, you will be part of the ICT Searching & Analytics team in Gurugram, India. Sagacious IP is a growing Intellectual Property Research and Patent Search firm that offers services in Patent Search and Licensing Support to global firms in various domains such as Electronics, Telecommunications, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, and Mechanical Engineering. Your role will involve collaborating with Patent Practitioners, Inventors/Researchers, In-house Patent Counsels/Businesses, and Technology Investors throughout the Patent Lifecycle to provide informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) Searches to support new product/service launches. - Perform Patentability Searches to aid companies in filing new patents. - Conduct White Space Analysis to comprehend the complete technology landscape. - Execute Competitor Monitoring to help companies understand their competitors" technological directions. - Customize basic and advanced services according to client needs. - Ensure the performance and comprehensiveness of patent searches. - Conduct comprehensive searches using online databases and other resources. - Analyze and summarize search results. - Provide insightful evaluation and analysis. - Prepare final reports and deliverables meeting required standards. - Deliver timely and value-added patent search reports.
