Senior Parts Technology Engineer I

Role Overview: As a Parts Technology Engineer at Emerson, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining part structures, parts kits, global part tools, and analyzing data for improvement opportunities within the North American Team. You will play a key role in understanding part structures, creating and maintaining global parts kits, troubleshooting reporting issues, and utilizing engineering standards and practices to work with Oracle and Engineering systems. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and maintaining Power BI tools for data summarization and analysis, as well as presenting key findings and trends to management. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and understand part structure and the role of Engineering Masters (EMs) in part management - Create and maintain global parts kits - Troubleshoot reporting issues and maintain translation tables - Follow engineering standards and practices while utilizing Oracle and Engineering systems - Develop and maintain Power BI tools for data summarization and analysis - Mine data sources and conduct data analysis to present key findings and trends to management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Production, or industrial engineering - 2-4 years of experience preferred - Proficiency in crafting professional documents, presentations, and communications - Experience in communicating at various levels of an organization Additional Details of the Company: Emerson prioritizes a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
