Senior OTM Principal Consultant

Role Overview: You should have more than 10 years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) product and have implemented OTM with clients in various roles such as a consultant, architect, etc. Your role will involve demonstrating a clear understanding of the end-to-end cycle involving logistics processes, including functions like Order Management and Freight settlement. It is essential for you to understand various logistics and transportation processes across industries, regions, and customers. You will be responsible for handling presales activities for OTM as part of a team to develop solutions, prepare proposals, and contribute to internal initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Operate independently to provide quality work products to engagements - Perform varied and complex duties and tasks requiring independent judgment to implement/solution/presales/demo Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management to meet customer needs - Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices - Deliver functional and technical solutions on customer engagements - Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints - Act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members - Effectively consult with management of customer organizations - Participate in business development activities - Develop and lead detailed solutions for projects Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) product - Implementation experience with clients in various roles such as a consultant, architect, etc. - Clear understanding of end-to-end cycle involving logistics processes - Knowledge of functions such as Order Management and Freight settlement - Understanding of various logistics and transportation processes across industries, regions, customers,
