Senior Optometrist

Role Overview:-

We are seeking experienced and dedicated optometrists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in optometry, excellent patient care skills, and a passion for improving eye health. As an optometrist at NEH, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Communicate with patients to get detailed case histories.
• Conduct thorough eye examinations to detect signs of injury, disease, abnormality or vision defects.
• Being aware of signs and symptoms of general health.
• Strong Refraction Knowledge & Provide personalized recommendations for eyewear and eye care solutions.
• To recognize diseases of the eye, such as glaucoma and cataract, as well as general health conditions such as diabetes.
• Collaborate with the optical sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Valid optometry license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Involve in camps.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Candidate must be qualified in Optometry/ Ophthalmic Assistant(Degree).
• Only candidates with experience from reputed hospitals will be considered.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience.

Candidate must have knowledge of Following:-

• Refraction & Retinoscopy.
• IOP (NCT. Schiotz Tonometer).
• AScan-Biometry, Keratometry
• Slit lamp Exam.
• Contact Lens Fitting.
• Patient Counseling.
• Minor OT Procedures Syringing, Sensitivity.
• Pre-Operative & Post operative work up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
