Role Overview:- We are seeking experienced and dedicated optometrists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in optometry, excellent patient care skills, and a passion for improving eye health. As an optometrist at NEH, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses and treatments. Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with patients to get detailed case histories. Conduct thorough eye examinations to detect signs of injury, disease, abnormality or vision defects. Being aware of signs and symptoms of general health. Strong Refraction Knowledge & Provide personalized recommendations for eyewear and eye care solutions. To recognize diseases of the eye, such as glaucoma and cataract, as well as general health conditions such as diabetes. Collaborate with the optical sales team to ensure seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Valid optometry license. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Involve in camps. Desired Candidate Profile:- Candidate must be qualified in Optometry/ Ophthalmic Assistant(Degree). Only candidates with experience from reputed hospitals will be considered. Minimum 5 Years of experience. Candidate must have knowledge of Following:- Refraction & Retinoscopy. IOP (NCT. Schiotz Tonometer). AScan-Biometry, Keratometry Slit lamp Exam. Contact Lens Fitting. Patient Counseling. Minor OT Procedures Syringing, Sensitivity. Pre-Operative & Post operative work up.
