Senior Operations Executive- Events

BOI Media Entertainment is pleased to inform that we have opening for the post of Senior Operations Executive in our Events Division.

Requirement is open for 2.

Work Location: Mumbai_ Andheri (W).

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Event Planning & Management:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute experiential marketing events from start to finish, including brand activations, product launches, pop-up events, and more.
• From understanding brief & working on brief, event planning & collaboration.

2) Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.

3) Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful execution of events.

4) Budget Management:

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Build and oversee budget.

5) Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, permits, transportation, and on-site management.

6) Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Manage event planning staff and team members on site with clear roles & responsibilities.

7) Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.

8) Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement.

9) Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into event strategies.
