Senior Offshore Account Manager USA/Canada Region

As a Senior Offshore Account Manager at NPV in Vadodara, you will be responsible for managing client accounts in the USA and Canada region. Your role will involve leading bookkeeping reviews, overseeing an offshore team, and serving as the primary point of contact for client communication during EST time zone meetings. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to clients, conducting periodic reviews of bookkeeping and financials, coordinating with the offshore accounting team, leading client meetings during US/Canada working hours, monitoring project progress, maintaining reporting accuracy, building client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring compliance with accounting practices and client expectations. To qualify for this position, you should have a Master's in Business Administration, CA Inter/CA, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in offshore accounting and team management. Strong communication, interpersonal, client service, relationship management, and leadership skills are essential. You should also have experience in generating and reviewing accounting reports, delegating tasks effectively within a team, and be comfortable working in the EST time zone for client interactions. Prior experience with North American clients and proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online, Xero, Zoho Books, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central are preferred.
