Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each other's journeys.Sr. No. Responsibilities1 To execute/supervise Production activities machine wise at Coating/Capsule/Nutraceutical-I area & documentation.2 Handling of change control, deviation, CAPA, Product Quality Complaint investigation and other QMS documents in Production.3 To accomplish the responsibilities of Departmental Training Coordinator by coordinating and conducting training (online/offline) on manufacturing employees and workmen in department and maintain the training related document.4 Preparation of PPT, daily, weekly and monthly reports.5 To ensure the online training of new employees and existing employees as per schedule.6 To check and make availability of machine as per Preventive Maintenance schedule.7 Co-ordination with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and FDD/MSTG department for smooth functioning of Production activities.8 Handling of SAP and Track wise related work in Production.9 To fill documentation as per GDP and maintain data integrity in Production area.10 To fill documentation as per cGMP practice in Production area.11 To review calibration/verification of balances in Production area.12 To Implement best practices at shop floor.13 Man Power allocation and utilization in the Production Department.14 To prepare and review SOPs, User Requirement Specification (URS) and Purchase Requisition (PR).15 To impart various training to officers and workers on GMP, SOPs, GDP and EHS.16 To fill the daily assessment sheet as per the target assigned by the Production head.17 To fulfill daily production target and report.18 To handle and solve day to day issues and problem related to product and productivity.19 Co-ordination with outer agencies.20 To implement the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.21 To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues /subordinates /workman.22 To report any deviation and abnormality of any type to seniors.23 To investigate the deviation.24 To implement the kaizen on shop floor and to provide target kaizen on monthly basis.25 To participate in PACE, ASPIRE and other process improvement activities.26 Other work assigned by Department Head.

Tenure 09 -12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
