We have installations in numerous major public and private sector organizations in Lucknow and the surrounding areas. Job Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Office Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal operations and executing a range of administrative responsibilities. This role demands a highly organized individual to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:- 1. Manage all tasks related to the GeM Portal, including: a) Direct L1 purchases b) Product comparison creation c) GeM invoice generation d) Bid participation 2. Draft professional letters and official communications by mail in Hindi and English. 3. Prepare accurate quotations and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) documentation. 4. Maintain and update Excel datasheets and perform data entry tasks. 5. Draft emails and manage regular correspondence effectively. 6. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support and enhance GeM orders. 7. Conduct effective web browsing for data collection, product information and competitor research.
