Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to respond to network and/or security incidents, such as network down, routing/switching, data breaches, firewall incidents, cloud security or malware infections, to minimize damage and downtime.
- Manage security operations across all applications like HIS, EMR, lab systems, and cloud platforms etc.
- Lead SOC activities including monitoring (SIEM) threat detection, incident response, and forensics.
- Network Performance and Uptime: Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, load balancers, etc.).
- Configuration and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and lifecycle management of all network and security hardware and software (e.g., firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, proxies)
- Drive P1/P2 outages within the environment and work with the partner teams to introduce long term solutions, design changes for Cloud, On-prem interface.
