Job Description

Location - Chennai ( Tidel Park) Role & responsibilities - JD for L2 Engineer Detailed understanding and working knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, RIP v2, Cisco SDWAN. Troubleshooting knowledge on routing and switching like BGP, OSPF, VLAN,VTP,STP,EtherChannel Working knowledge of MPLS-VPNs(L3 and L2 VPNs), IPsec and QOS, load balancing/sharing techniques Working knowledge of switching techniques: VLAN, VTP, various flavour of STP, dot1x, Ether- Channel Solid understanding of design, deployment and support Perform responsibilities of providing detailed documentation and procedures for all solutions Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same Hands-on experience in SDWAN solutions like Cisco Viptela Technical certifications like Cisco SDWAN, CCNA an added advantage Manage the overall process of implementing complex, technical installations Arranging and responsible in scheduling upgrades Investigating faults in the network platform Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases Note - Immediate joiner & 1 month notice period required
