Senior .Net Developer

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Development:

• Perform enhancements to existing legacy .NET application.
• As we migrate functionality from legacy to new, create mobile experiences for users using the .NET MAUI technology stack.
• Strong SQL and API writing experience.
• Strong experience with responsive native mobile app development.
• Good knowledge of build and deploy processes for iOS and Android app stores.

• API Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs using .NET.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate APIs with mobile applications.
• Ensure APIs are secure, efficient, and well-documented.

• Database Development:

• Design and maintain queries to support mobile application functionalities.
• Optimize database query performance and ensure data integrity.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to the team and management.

• Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development and .NET.
• Continuously seek ways to improve development processes and product quality.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience and application performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET technologies using C#.
• At least some knowledge/experience using .NET MAUI for mobile development.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining APIs using .NET.
• Strong expertise in relational database design and development.
• Experience leading a team of developers and managing development projects.
• Proficient in C#, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
