Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design & Development:

   Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET Core 6.0 with microservices architecture.

2. Collaboration:

   Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions within timelines.

3. Code Quality:

   Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and quality recommendations from tools such as SonarCloud and Codacy.

4. Testing & Debugging:

   Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application quality and reliability.

5. Performance Optimization:

   Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

6. Integration:

   Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

7. Innovation:

   Stay current with the latest ASP.NET Core versions (6.0, 8.0), AOT compilation, and MVC development, and propose innovative solutions.

8. Code Reviews:

   Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.

9. Mentorship:

   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting continuous learning.

10. SDLC Ownership:

    Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.

Requirements

1. Education:

   Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. Experience:

   5–8 years of hands-on experience with the latest versions of .NET.

3. Technical Expertise:

   Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core 6.0, OOP principles, and design patterns.

4. Front-End Skills:

   Experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

5. Database Knowledge:

   Hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.

6. Web Services:

   Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.

7. Methodologies:

   Familiarity with Agile and other software development methodologies.

8. Version Control:

   Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.

9. Problem Solving:

   Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

10. Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

11. Adaptability:

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

1. Cloud Platforms:

   Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.

2. Client-Side Frameworks:

   Knowledge of React.js.

3. Containerization:

   Familiarity with AWS Lambda, Docker, or Kubernetes.

4. DevOps:

   Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
