Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex .NET applications and services. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Define coding standards, code reviews, and best practices to ensure high code quality. Guide and mentor mid and senior-level engineers through design and implementation phases. Design and develop micro-services based architectures, APIs, and cloud-native applications. Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance team productivity. Solve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges in distributed systems. Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET / .NET Core technologies. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms and cloud-native development. Solid understanding of micro-services architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus. Proficient with source control tools like Git, and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.).
