Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining NTT DATA as a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2), where you will play a crucial role in providing a managed service to clients to ensure the operational efficiency of their Security Infrastructures and systems. Your responsibilities will involve proactive monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to maintain service levels and restore service to clients. Additionally, you will be focusing on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity and may also contribute to project work when required. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience required in Routing & Switching, LAN Management, WAN Management, Wireless Operation, and SD WAN. - Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvement activities as necessary. - Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews. - Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery. - Analyze processes, create strategies for service delivery optimization, and recommend methods of improvement. - Provide accurate reports to management on service delivery performance. - Lead personnel management, performance assessment, training, and mentoring. - Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders for effective dialogue exchange. - Supervise Network Support teams for continual improvements in the Lupin Network environment. - Ensure effective and prompt application of OS updates and patches. - Enforce high-level performance benchmarks for Network devices. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience). - Certifications relevant to services supported, with CCNA certification as a must, and CCNP in Security or PCNSE certification as good to have.
