Senior Mould Design Engineer

As a Mould Design Engineer, your primary focus will be to suggest improvements, validate mould designs, qualify moulds, and productionize moulds at production locations as per the project plan. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare the estimation of mould cost - Release RFQ, collect the quotations, and release the document for CPR (Capital Purchase Requisition) - Release manufacturing data and validate the mould designs - Monitor the stage-wise cashflow - Monitor the progress of mould development with respect to the manufacturing schedule - Attend trials and qualification run of the moulds - After qualification run, inspect and give clearance for despatch - Commission the mould at the production location - Maintain and report ISO 45001 as per ISO norms. Ensure all 45001 requirements are complied with - Generate and prepare SGIA, POKAYOKE, 5S, and visual management in the materials department - Proficiency in PROE/Solid works/UG/Autocad - Mould Design with Injection moulding parameters Qualifications Required: - Experience in plastics injection molding: 3 years (Preferred),
