Senior Mould Design Engineer

As a Mould Design Engineer, your primary focus will be to suggest improvements, validate mould designs, qualify moulds, and Productionise moulds at production locations according to the project plan. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Prepare estimation of mould cost - Release RFQ, collect quotations, and release documents for CPR (Capital Purchase Requisition) - Release manufacturing data and validate mould designs - Monitor stage wise cashflow - Monitor progress of mould development in line with manufacturing schedule - Attend trials and qualification runs of moulds - Inspect and provide clearance for despatch after qualification run - Commission the mould at production location - Maintain and report ISO 45001 as per ISO norms, ensuring compliance with all 45001 requirements - Generate and prepare SGIA, POKAYOKE, 5S, and visual management in the materials department - Proficiency in PROE/Solid Works/UG/AutoCAD - Mould Design with Injection moulding parameters **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in plastics injection molding: 3 years (Preferred) In this role, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis during day shifts at the assigned in-person work location.
