Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing graphic designs & motion graphics from conceptions to delivery.
• Develop visually appealing creatives including images, videos, GIF animations, and website graphics.
• Execute video editing tasks with precision, ensuring seamless transitions, effects, and storytelling.
• Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.
• Create engaging social media creatives tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Produce high-quality Amazon listing visuals that drive sales and enhance product visibility.
• Create mood boards and work closely with the product team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project milestones.
• Conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas to enhance brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 + years of experience in motion graphics design or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Extensive experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
• Advanced knowledge of animation and best practices in the industry.
• Expertise in video editing, including color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
• Creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• The ideal candidate should be able to create a story in 45 seconds.
• Bachelor's degree or Certification in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or related field (preferred).
