Clearly communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of Android development
experience using Kotlin and modern Android tools (Jetpack, MVVM, etc.).
2+ years of KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform)
experience in a production-grade environment.
36 months of CMP (Compose Multiplatform)
exposure or willingness to ramp up quickly.
Proven track record of delivering
high-quality mobile apps at scale

Strong grasp of
mobile architecture patterns
, performance optimization, and mobile security.
Experience leading and mentoring other developers is highly desirable.
Passionate about
clean code, documentation, and continuous improvement.
