Senior ML Engineer- NLP

As a Deep Learning / NLP Engineer at Avoma, you will be tasked with enhancing and constructing algorithms that extract crucial insights and topics from conversations. This role involves applying state-of-the-art NLP techniques to address complexities such as identifying various topics of interest and condensing meeting transcripts into concise notes using our insights engine. Responsibilities at Avoma include improving the Insights Engine, developing new models for production, collaborating with the engineering team to deploy models to customers, and staying abreast of the latest advancements in NLP research. Additionally, you will work with large datasets comprising over a million documents, develop and enhance Deep Learning models in TensorFlow, and apply advanced LLMs to solve intricate tasks. Requirements: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning & NLP within a production environment - Proficiency in Python development and debugging - Familiarity with GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs - Experience in developing and deploying scalable, high-performing, and clean code - Competence in training Deep Neural Networks - Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Demonstrated curiosity, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for tackling challenging problems Benefits: - Transparent salary structure ranging from INR 30,00,000 to INR 40,00,000, depending on experience - Stock Option Plan - Dynamic and collaborative work environment - Paid Time Off for Vacation, Sick Leave, and Public Holidays,
