The Opportunity We are looking for a Deep Learning / NLP Engineer to improve and build our algorithms to extract key insights and topics from conversations. For our insights engine, youll need to apply SOTA NLP techniques to take on challenges like identifying different topics of interest and summarizing meeting transcripts to succinct notes. As a venture-funded early-stage startup with over 1000 paid customers, Avoma is experiencing consistent growth on a month-to-month basis. Your responsibilities at Avoma will include designing and implementing advanced features for our iOS application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver new features, in addition to rectifying bugs and enhancing application performance. Your role will also involve enhancing our CI/CD pipeline and conducting unit tests to ensure code robustness, covering edge cases, usability, and overall reliability. To qualify for this position, you should possess a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI. Demonstrable expertise in software development, particularly in iOS, and a track record of publishing at least one original iOS application are essential. A solid grasp of the complete mobile development life cycle, coupled with knowledge of mobile landscapes, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies, is also required. At Avoma, you can expect a transparent salary structure, with a salary range of 2,600,000 - 3,400,000 depending on your experience level.
