Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for predictive maintenance using IoT sensor and control data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, DevOps, and Architects to ensure seamless integration of ML models.
Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines (MLOps) for training, deployment, and monitoring.
Implement real-time inference pipelines and automated model retraining workflows.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and integration testing for data and ML workflows.
Ensure data quality, version control, and robust pipeline performance across customer sites.
Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical insights on data engineering and ML integration.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
7+ years of total experience, with at least 4 years in building complex data pipelines and integrating ML solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python (preferred for ML tasks), Java, and Scala.
Hands-on experience with stream processing frameworks like Apache Spark and Kafka.
Proficient in cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks.
Familiarity with ML frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLflow.
Proven experience in MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Knowledge of predictive maintenance modeling is a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
