Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting: Collect, clean, organize, and manage large datasets from various stakeholders.
• Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making processes.
• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and interactive dashboards using advanced Excel functions and Basic SQL
• System Maintenance and Improvement: Monitor the performance of existing MIS systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Data Integrity & Security: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security of all data across information systems, adhering to data protection standards and protocols.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to understand their reporting requirements and data needs, delivering customized solutions and providing technical support and training to end-users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all MIS processes, reports, and system configurations. 

Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel: Mandatory proficiency in advanced functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, logical functions, etc.) and potentially VBA/Macros for automation.
• Database Management: Strong understanding of database principles and experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• BI Tools: Familiarity with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is a significant advantage (Optional)

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
